Dr. Debdulal Dutta Roy, PhD., is a retired Head and Associate Professor of the Psychology Research Unit at the Indian Statistical Institute. He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from IIT Kharagpur and specializes in abnormal psychology. Currently serving as the founder and President of the Rabindrik Psychotherapy Research Institute Trust, he focuses on advancing education and research for social welfare through Rabindrik Psychotherapy. Dr. Dutta Roy is an international speaker, renowned researcher, and prolific writer with over 110 research papers and two authored books. He has received numerous awards for his contributions, including the 'Innovative Scientist Award' for research on Rabindrik Psychotherapy. As an influential academic, he has supervised Ph.D. and MBA students, conducted workshops, and trained over 500 individuals in research methodology and statistics. Dr. Dutta Roy's diverse research interests span organizational diagnosis, psycho-informatics, agro-psychological counseling, and quantum consciousness in mental health and language acquisition.
